Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. You create the account with an email address, and 10,00 € of credit is on the house: your first orders cost nothing.
What does it really cost?
0,25 € per closed work order, and nothing else. No subscription, no price per technician, no monthly minimum. An order left open costs nothing.
Does the client have to install anything to sign?
No. They sign with a finger on your screen and get the PDF by email. No account, no app.
Does it work with no signal, in a cellar?
The app needs the network to save. In a cellar, write the order on the way back up: everything is still there as long as the tab stays open.
And if I stop? Do I get my data back?
Yes, at any time: a full export in one click from the settings — clients, sites, orders and photos included. Your data stays yours.
