Purpose

BonTrava is an online service that lets a technical company write, have signed and send work orders. It is meant for professionals acting in the course of their business.

Account

Registration is by email address. The first account created is the company's administrator: it can invite technicians and disable them. You answer for the use made of the accounts you create.

An account whose address is never confirmed is deleted after the period announced at registration.

Price and payment

The service is paid for as it is used: a fixed amount per closed work order, stated on the homepage and repeated before each closing. Nothing is charged for creating an account, entering a catalogue, or writing an order that stays open.

Credits offered at registration cover the first orders. Credits bought are valid without a time limit and are not refundable, save mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.

A price change never applies to credits already bought.

Availability

The service is provided as an obligation of means, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where it may interrupt the service.

Your data stays exportable at any time: that is the guarantee worth more than a percentage on a page.

Your obligations

  • Enter only data you are entitled to process, and tell your own clients that the order is signed electronically.
  • Do not attempt to reach another company's data, nor to work around the technical limits of the service.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and report any unauthorised access without delay.

Liability

The work order is a document you write: its accuracy is yours. The publisher is not liable for the consequences of wrong content, nor for indirect damage such as loss of turnover or of clientele.

The publisher's liability, all causes together, is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or harm to physical integrity.

Term and termination

The contract is concluded with no minimum term. You can stop using the service whenever you want; deletion of the account is requested from the settings and erases the data within 30 days, accounting records excepted.

The publisher may suspend an account for a serious breach, after a formal notice left without effect, save manifest urgency.

Governing law

Belgian law applies; the courts having jurisdiction in Belgium have sole jurisdiction.

These terms exist in French, Dutch and English. Where the versions differ, the French version prevails.
